This throws off the function of the brain so it is not capable to work as it should. This leads to anxiety or depression. With the right treatment this can be balanced and the patient can get on with their normal life. It may take a while for the medication and treatments to get you back to 100% but it will be worth it. Anxiety depression can cause problems with family members and friends as well as effect your job and everyday hobbies and activities.

Since there are over eight million people with anxiety it proves that you are not alone. The good thing about it is there is a remedy to help those who are plagued with it and if they get the proper treatment and medications, they can be back to their normal routines soon. Genetic factors may be the cause of the chemical imbalance so the problem may be inherited. Do not blame yourself for your problems because it is caused by the chemical imbalance and there is nothing you could have done to prevent it. Some think it may be from a hormonal change in women. The jury is still out on the real reasons and it may be a combination of reasons that cause anxiety and depression. It is a good thing they have something to control it.
